About
Amanda Wulke
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LICSW, LCSW
I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, as well as families. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is open, affirming, and without judgement. Together we will work as a team to explore areas for reflection, healing, and growth. I work with individuals to assist in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, self-image, relationships, life transitions, and stress. I utilize the tools of trauma-informed care, self-compassion, Dialectical Informed Behavioral Therapy, and ART to assist clients with these challenges. Additional approaches are integrated into sessions to best meet each client’s individual needs.
I have specialized training in Dialectical Informed Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and family therapy. I am also a body-positive, intersectional, LGBTQAI+ affirmative therapist and a U.S Army veteran.
I believe in a person-centered approach that meets you where you are, wherever that might be. I know that taking the first step to starting therapy can be an incredibly hard one and I want nothing more than to support you along your journey with compassion, honesty, and genuine care.
