Insurance & Billing
We understand that navigating the financial side of therapy can feel confusing at times, and we aim to make this process as clear and supportive as possible.
Individual therapy sessions are typically $110 per session. If you have any questions about fees or what to expect, we are always happy to talk through this with you during your initial consultation.
We accept a number of insurance plans, including Anthem, BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna/Evernorth, HealthPartners, Optum, PreferredOne, UMR, and UnitedHealthcare. Because coverage varies between plans, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to better understand your benefits, including deductibles, co-pays, and coverage for outpatient therapy.
If your insurance is not listed, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Payment is typically collected at the time of each session. We accept standard forms of payment, including credit and debit cards, and are happy to answer any questions you may have about payment options.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer that time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
If you have any questions at any point, please feel free to reach out. We are always happy to help make this process feel more straightforward and manageable.
